I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) working with clients via telehealth throughout the state of NY. I work with teenagers and adults, individuals, couples, and families specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Life Changes, and Relationship difficulties. I use behavioral interventions, therapies of paradox, and solution-focused supportive processing to help clients make progress toward their goals. My approach has been most helpful for teenagers, adults, and couples committed to making changes but struggling to come out of old patterns, define the new path, and embrace the necessary discomfort of change.
