My goal for my clients is to reduce the profound effects of challenging life events. I believe addressing the mind, body, and soul is the most effective way to heal from unexpected occurrences that affect us all. I believe most mental health symptoms and many medical issues originate in these events rather than being deficits or disorders of the person. These issues can be resolved through therapies that address the whole person. I am passionate and committed to helping individuals achieve a connection to themselves and others. I draw upon over thirty years of education and experience to guide clients through their unique journey. They offer a new perspective on old issues by looking through a different lens.
