I enjoy helping men & women who are stressed or stuck to explore their dreams. We will discover and practice the tools to give you a more rewarding and fulfilling life. I specialize in couples counseling with my husband/partner, Bob Simpson. I also work with addictions including gambling and eating disorders as well as with generalized anxiety, OCD and depression.
