I see psychotherapy as a collaborative process in which everyone has the potential to find their own solutions and make positive changes but may just need some guidance. Whether your therapy goal is to learn how to better cope with relationship issues, life transitions, grief/loss, or even thoughts of self-harm, I can assist and walk with you on that journey. I have a special interest in working with the emotional aspects of women's health issues such as difficulty conceiving as well as perinatal/postpartum depression and anxiety.
