Compassion and change, I have 20 years in the caring field. My passion is to help you get your life back on track, understand, heal, and be emotionally whole. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) isn't like traditional talk therapy. It helps remove unwanted behaviors and works when other therapies have failed. I assist my clients in gaining insight into their unhealthy behaviors and learn new ones. I understand childhood trauma, abuse, and the painful side of life.
