My ideal client is someone who has come to a point in life where they're asking: "What's next, is there more to life?" A person who wants to find his/her authentic self - which involves reaching beyond ego needs. I look at my job to be more of as a guide -I hold the flashlight - you do the digging. My background is in the codependency and addiction field- but my focus now is more metaphysical. What is beyond what we see going on physically and even psychologically? My degree is in Transpersonal Psychology. This means beyond the person: energy, , holistic health - mind, body, emotions, spirit. Individually and globally. Life/death. I worked since 1990 in the addiction and codependency field and was head of the family therapy program at Alta Bates-Summit Medical Center in Oakland, CA. My specialty was codependency recovery - and working with clients in finding and strengthening their authentic selves. I now work in private practice on Zoom only. My focus is now more expanded.
