I am a licensed social worker with extensive experience working with queer individuals, people of color, and the many intersections in between. While I am particularly drawn to supporting younger adults and adolescents, I welcome clients at all stages of life. In our work, I seek to explore how to center identities that society often overlooks, and how marginalization impacts the way we relate to the world and understand ourselves within it. I am passionate about addressing struggles like perfectionism, transitions, and helping you uncover what drives and motivates you each day. My approach centers client goals and needs through the construction of a trusting therapeutic relationship that recognizes innate strengths and current supports. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, antiracist, feminist, and queer-inclusive to accommodate for the discomfort that a confrontation of oppressive systems and unresolved histories may bring.
