I’m a Latina therapist with 10 years of experience helping adults and older adults navigate chronic health conditions, grief, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and also offer therapy in Spanish. I welcome LGBTQI+ and Latine clients and strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth are possible.
