I am passionate about helping my clients make the changes necessary to improve their lives. Whether you're struggling with self esteem, effects of trauma, relationships, motivation, aging, lack of joy, loneliness, anxiety or depression, or moving through life transitions, it would be an honor to help you find the peace, happiness, and fulfillment we all strive for. I will use my skills, authenticity, compassion and experience to help you gain a deeper understanding of the unhealthy patterns and negative thinking that keep you stuck so you can be happier and better able to deal with the challenges you face moving forward. I utilize CBT, DBT, CPT and Solution Focused therapy. I'm also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As an EMDR certified therapist, I specialize in helping clients address PTSD/trauma.
