In life, we sometimes get stuck. This is reality. It may be a shift in our family or work life, being in the sandwich generation, caring both for children and parents or issues of addiction or illness. My goal is to help people figure out where they are, and where they want to be, and identify the barriers that keep them from reaching their goals. I work with a wide variety of clients and have experience in helping clients manage and reduce their anxiety, address depression and sadness so they can move forward and address trauma from recent or past events.
