I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. Passionate about helping people grow and change, I use a caring and empathic relationship combined with scientifically researched approaches validated to help clients reach their goals. My main specialities include working with survivors of abuse, individuals and families dealing with addictions, relationship difficulties, adult children of dysfunctional families, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with couples. I use an integrated approach focusing on family systems, internal family systems, the Gottman method, and attachment theory.
