Not accepting new clients. I’m happy you’re here! I help adults and teens challenged with a broad range of issues and work very well with those struggling with anxiety. If your anxiety crushes you with unwanted worries, is made worse by current/past unhealthy relationships (e.g., family, romantic, social), or as you strive to navigate your complex relationship with perfectionism or people-pleasing, we will be a great fit. Our work together will include building practical skills so you leave each session feeling empowered and more in control, as well as a structured framework to help you make improvements every step of the way.
