I work with individuals and couples who feel trapped in self-defeating patterns of anxiety, despair, and anger. This may be related to a traumatic experience or loss. Others may find that these disruptive patterns have always been there but are now making the choice to live life differently - one that feels more genuine and meaningful. Most feel that they are losing control of their own lives and that they are lacking balance in some very important ways. I specialize in interpersonal therapy to treat problems such as trauma, mood disorders, and chronic relationship difficulties.
