I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in ways that feel grounding and empowering in the midst of the flurry of life. Therapy can provide a space where healing can come from surprising places like curiosity, creativity, and laughter. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I bring my background as an improviser and high school teacher into the room, which means I value flexibility, presence, and acceptance.
