My mission as a therapist is to contribute to my community through an empathetic, authentic, and inclusive approach to assist people in moving toward being in touch with their authentic selves, expanding their capacity for love and community, and embracing life as it comes. Being a therapist, for me, is meeting with another person in the here-and-now—present, grounded, and available. Through genuine curiosity, empathy, and personal responsibility (actively owning one's feelings, thoughts, and actions), we can create the space and the relationship where we can experience, assimilate, and learn to relate with life more fully.
