My name is Juan Ortega, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I have worked with young adults and our aging adult population. The type of therapy I use is Person-centered therapy to help clients increase their overall well-being. My therapy approach varies depending on the client I am working with. Typically, our first couple of sessions will be rapport building and understanding the client's needs. The type of approach will be discussed with the client to promote the autonomy of the client in this process.
