I’m a firm believer that regardless of age and race we all possess the agency and power to grow. As a man of color, creating a safe space for our culture is a priority in my practice. The hurdles of acculturation, sexism, and discrimination within our community are normalized enough to not question them. Through the use of cognitive-behavioral interventions and mindfulness techniques clients will be empowered to identify what they would like to change in their lives.
