Throughout my extensive experience in the realms of child welfare, family conflict resolution, and youth development that spans over 10 years, there’s one life lesson that has stuck with me: while no child can grow up twice, everyone–at any stage in their life–has the innate capability to start anew each and every day. Hello, my name is Juan R. Napoles, and I am an associate clinical social worker in Southern California.
