Working in the mental health field for the past 14 years, I have had the pleasure of engaging with a multitude of individuals. Serving as a therapist, director of an adult program, and a case manager, I have been able to develop my expertise assisting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, victims of domestic violence, individuals experiencing life transitions, struggles with interpersonal conflicts, and self-esteem concerns. Rooted from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy background, I primarily employ CBT, REBT, & DBT modalities into my practice while incorporating essential components of person-centered therapy.
