Imagine feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. You’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, break old patterns, and find peace in your story. I work with BIPOC, queer young adults, and children to explore identity, relationships, and healing through a culturally affirming, person-centered lens. Together, we’ll build tools for grounding, confidence, and growth because healing isn’t linear, but it is possible. (Bilingual: English & Spanish) I help children, teens, and adults especially BIPOC and queer individuals—explore identity, heal from past wounds, and build self-compassion. Using mindfulness and strength-based approaches, we’ll challenge old patterns and create tools to feel grounded, confident, and whole.
