My foundation in creativity, energy work and spirit-mind-body approaches will help you discover insights that lead to transformation. My clients include psychotherapists, parents, holistic leaders, artists, grandparents, writers, students, professionals-people who sense that pain and longing don't mean a person is broken; such experiences are simply a call toward greater wholeness. I'll compassionately receive, support and guide as you navigate life's challenges. Along with a Master's Degree in Counseling, I have over 20 years of training and supervision as a Nondual Kabbalistic Healer, 30+ years of experience teaching expressive arts classes, training in The Constellation Approach, trauma-specific trainings that include a somatic-based Trauma & Attachment Mastery program, plus other resources.
