I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my degree from California State University, Northridge, and have been practicing for over 20 years. As a therapist I specialize in providing a supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My goal is to help clients navigate life's challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards their personal goals in a safe and confidential setting. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
