My primary goal is to help you be the best person you can be. I strive to listen, be present, and to understand what issues you are experiencing and how we can best work together in a collaborative way for you to grow into your best self. There is no one right theoretical approach for everyone. We will explore the tools that fit with your personality because you are the expert of your own life. I am sensitive to folks from marginalized communities and understand the impact of discrimination on mental health. I feel passionate about helping people. I try to employ a warm, nurturing, nonjudgmental style because I understand how hard it can be to be vulnerable. I am a mature counselor with multiple life experiences. I am a certified Spiritual Director with a background in Jungian psychology. I like working with a wide range of people from different walks of life.
