In my own life I have leaned that while asking for help is often hard, is it necessary. I see myself as a giving professional, here to help others clarify and seek solutions and coping mechanisms for their pain and struggle. I have had 20+ years of experience in issues such as addiction, codependence, anxiety, depression, parenting, and relationship issues. I offer a 90 minute marriage counseling session for $195 using The Gottman Marriage Assessment. I learn much from my clients and seek to be a friendly and supportive professional and personal presence to my clients. I enjoy working with highly motivated people. My specialties have developed over the years to codependence, addiction and the resulting many issues that face people in recovery including maintaining sobriety and relationship issues dealing with addiction. I am a believer in appropriate medical intervention and the use of antidepressants as adjunct treatments for optimal mental health.
