My approach to therapy is one that is culturally responsive, strengths-based, and grounded in a deep understanding of identity, healing, and personal transformation. I believe in honoring each client’s unique journey, offering a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My passions include working with children/teens, women of color, holistic wellness, and first and second generational challenges and transitions. My specialties include treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Trauma, Life Changes, Child/Adolescent Stressors, Perfectionism, Issues of Self Esteem, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Generational/Cultural Issues.
