My practice offers a safe and relaxing space to begin the psychotherapeutic journey. As a college professor and clinician for many years I offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches that go beyond talk therapy: such as mindfulness practice, mind/body awareness skills, and other psycho-educational practices. I think that good clinical treatment resides in the therapeutic relationship informed by the latest research on the brain and the gut and an overall multi-modal approach to the person(s) sitting across from me.
