Through deep listening and co-exploration, I want to help ease your suffering. Life is hard, and we all need support, especially during periods of change. For me, psychotherapy is a spiritual practice that combines present moment awareness, non-judgment, compassion and curiosity with a strong intention to bring you a greater sense of peace and connect you with your own inner healer. I believe it's a profound honor to accompany people on their healing journeys. I do my best to meet clients where they are and suggest evidence based approaches to enhance coping and relieve suffering. I'm trained in several modalities including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and IFS (internal family systems), and I also feel competent with DBT (dialetical behavioral therapy).
