For over 27 years, I have been helping people understand the relationship between what they think with how they feel and what they do. My focus for therapy is to help clients identify solutions, communicate their needs, and find healthy ways to cope with life stressors. I listen, learn, and then empower clients to set and achieve their goals. Clients are encouraged to focus on their overall health, utilize their support system, assert themselves, and practice good self-care. I work with children 8+ years old and adults of all ages.
