I work with adolescents (aged 18 and up) and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, disordered eating, gender, sexual and cultural identity issues, relationship issues, intimate partner violence, health issues, infertility and adoption related issues. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches in order to tailor treatment to fit your needs. I use a strength based approach with all clients to help them develop coping skills and techniques to manage the stressors in their lives.
