Therapy is a very personal process, which can be conducted in many different ways. Therapy is a learned process in which you come to better understand yourself and your relationships so that you may learn to handle situations more successfully. As a therapist, I believe my role is to help you develop the ability to skillfully address life issues rather than simply give you advice or tell you what to do, but to assist you in clarifying thoughts, feelings, goals and ideas. I believe our work will help you develop skills you can continue to use in the future.
