You may feel that in the midst of your life's demands (career, parenthood, relationship, money) you have arrived at a crossroads and feel stuck. Many people have been there before you, and NOW IT'S YOUR TURN. The choice is yours. Some have given up and others continue to "just get by". Another group has said, "I want to make this an opportunity to understand myself, my choices, patterns and change them for the better." I believe that committing the time and energy to work on life difficulties and understand yourself better is a good choice for most people. I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist and am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone while they explore their possibilities. My personal style is clear, empathic, understanding and respectful. I view life problems through a dynamic, family therapy orientation using clarity, insight and awareness for change.
