About

You don’t come to therapy because life is going well. You come because something meaningful has been lost, disrupted, or no longer makes sense — a relationship, a role, or the life you thought you would be living. I work with adults and couples navigating divorce and separation, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family estrangement, and other major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy after a long-term marriage ends, a family relationship fractures, or life no longer resembles what they expected — leaving them feeling overwhelmed, heartbroken, or emotionally exhausted after years of holding things together. My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and collaborative. I integrate attachment-focused work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. Our work is both reflective and practical—helping you understand long-standing patterns, process painful experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional steadiness.
