I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, trauma, school or work-related stress, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Parent Training, TF-CBT, MATCH-ADTC, Motivational Interviewing, and MBSR. In our sessions, you'll find a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns openly. Together, we'll identify patterns or behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth—with a touch of humor to help make the process a little lighter when it’s needed.
