Hi there, I'm Judith! I’m a child and adolescent therapist who also supports adults. As a Ghanaian American woman and immigrant, I understand how challenging it can be to find a therapist who truly gets you—someone who sees your story, your culture, and the quiet battles that come with transition and belonging. I offer a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself. Together, we’ll build a strong, authentic relationship rooted in empathy, trust, and mutual respect. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or complex family dynamics, my goal is to help you feel empowered, and resilient. I work with individuals, couples, and families, ages 6–65. My space is affirming, culturally responsive, and intentionally created to help you unpack your experiences and begin to heal.
