I believe that feeling respected and heard is the first step in a therapist-patient relationship. It is a necessary prerequisite to meaningful change in a person's life. People come to me with many concerns that can rob them of optimism and hope. I work to help individuals and couples overcome obstacles, value themselves and each other more, and help find meaning and connection in their lives.
