Hello, my name is Judy Smith. I am a licensed clinical social worker and and registered play therapist. I am passionate about helping children and adolescents from ages 2 and up alongside their families with the sometimes complicated process of growing up. I work with individuals and families to work through the yuck to find the joy. The majority of my practice is with individuals and families who are working to overcome and manage challenges including adjustment, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, temper tantrums, depression, and self-esteem struggles. Strong emphasis is placed on strengths and resiliency.
