I have available times for clients from 8am-4pm who want help learning better strategies and coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, isolation, sudden life changes, work/family/ friend stress, navigating HSPs, and/or neurodivergent. If terminal illness, I'd be honored to guide you and your family on healing and can utilize legacy art and memorial art in sessions. There are also group, workshop, and personal private options based on demand. I'm located in Westminster at Healing Hearts Art Studio. Our space can also host small private events under 20 people (weekends +). Please email if interested.
