I offer a creative, supportive, non-judgmental space for those who are interested in gaining a better understanding of themselves and what their natural strengths are. As a person with ADHD, working with neurodiverse clients is a particular passion of mine. Especially adults diagnosed later in life who are looking for validation and new coping strategies to help them reach their goals and improve their self-esteem.
