You may be transitioning through a difficult stage of life, or wrestling with issues of identity. You may feel stuck in old patterns that hold you back while you are yearning to move forward. Drawing on mindfulness-based practice, informed especially by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to psychotherapy.
