Although quite wonderful, sometimes being human is HARD. Life can feel overwhelming when facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or self-esteem struggles. Many seek balance, understanding, and practical ways to manage emotions. I want that for you, too. I'm licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with over 20 years of clinical experience. My clients range in age from early adulthood to seniors (20–80+). I work with individuals, couples, and families in a safe, collaborative space that fosters self-discovery, growth, and meaningful change.
