My practice is currently FULL. My therapy work is largely focused on clients who are experiencing the effects of trauma, from childhood trauma to recent trauma. Using a variety of modalities including EMDR, CBT, some somatic, emotional release, and more, my goal is to help my clients find resolution and move forward. My passion is assisting those who come to me with finding their way to their most inspired, integrated way of life. Primarily utilizing the transformative potential of EMDR, I work with many trauma issues such as childhood trauma and PTSD.
