I work with adults and families who are facing symptoms of anxiety, depression, behavioral issues or other barriers to emotional well-being. I will help you gain an understanding of what has led to your current situation, and then help you move toward solutions. With a working understanding of family systems, attachment science, personality disorders and trauma-informed practices, I especially enjoy working with people who are challenged in relationships with their parents, spouses or children. I am also passionate about helping adult clients become "cycle breakers" and gain relief from generational dysfunction.
