My name is Judy, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor serving clients in New Jersey. Making the decision to reach out for help can be scary but very empowering at the same time. I have experience working with individual adults, children, and couples on issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, and grief. However, my true passion lies in working with teens and young adults to find their passion in life, remove blocks that are keeping them from being their best selves, and helping them achieve their personal goals.
