Has the stress of life caused you to feel disconnected and empty or just simply overwhelmed? Do you feel you’re giving too much at work or in your relationships and need a break? My passion is helping to empower people to see their stuck points and move through them. I work with issues such as anxiety, stress, panic disorders, trauma, relationship problems, and depression. Using a combination of a Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered approaches, I help clients gain awareness of their self defeating thoughts and beliefs and develop a new sense of themselves. I know that it’s taken a lot of effort just to make the first steps to come in. I strive to offer compassion and empathy as you begin to tell me your story and we start to piece together a plan of action. Clients often comment that there is great relief in having the support.
