With over 15 yeas of experience my approach considers the unique needs, life perspective, and personality of each person. I combine evidence-based interventions including (ACT, CBT, EFT) with practical tools that you can use in your daily life. My areas of interest include life transitions, anxiety, foster/adoptions support, trauma, and depression.
