For 30 years, I've had the privilege of helping people grow, heal, and transform their lives. I have worked extensively with adults who have grown up in addictive/abusive/dysfunctional families, as well as adults who are experiencing here - and - now life challenges. I welcome clients who are struggling with issues of self-esteem, compulsions/addictions, disordered eating, depression, illness/pain, and anxiety. When someone is ready to embark on the journey of healing, I am honored to join in that journey with my skill, expertise, and compassionate presence.
