My philosophy is that in order for change to occur a trusting relationship is the most important component. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and safe. I see the client-provider relationship as the hallmark for change. I empower my clients to figure out where they are not being genuine, how this contributes to their mental health challenges, and to make changes that will help contribute meaningfulness to their lives.
