I have over 20 years of experience in behavioral management/behavior management techniques. I worked for 15 years a Behavior Management Consultant, prior to becoming a Licensed Mental Health therapist. I have background as well in school counseling and received my Masters Degree in Counseling and Counselor Education. In my undergraduate degree I specialized in Child Development and Family studies along with Psychology. I utilize CBT and other evidence-based practices to treat anxiety, depression, life stage changes, stress management, behavior management, and mood disorders.
