When anxiety, burnout, or unresolved trauma begin to weigh heavily, it can feel isolating and overwhelming. The stress of major life transitions or relationship struggles, may not seem easy. Whether you are a caregiver carrying many responsibilities, a college student navigating change, an individual healing from trauma, or a couple seeking a more profound connection, you don’t have to do it alone. I am a counselor who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what feels heavy, and begin moving toward balance and healing. I integrate evidence-based approaches to support healing and growth. I utilize ACT to build resilience, create space for complex emotions, and reconnect with what truly matters in your life. I incorporate EMDR to reduce the emotional intensity and support the brain’s natural healing process. I use Gottman Method with couples to improve communication and connection. I am trained to treat grief & loss, including perinatal loss.
