Together, we will help you tune into where you are stuck, cultivating compassion and healing along the way. I utilize neuroscience, IFS and EMDR to guide our work. A bit about you - You want to have more self compassion and self trust. I see my role as being a gentle companion and guide for you as you explore your inner world and (re)discover who you truly are, unlocking your innate capacity for healing.
